SUMMER CAMP AND SEPTEMBER GRADING REASULTS 

​

The Training Camp was held over 4 days 14 training sessions nearly 30 hours of training in total, every aspect of Kyokushin training was covered many hours of Kata, Kumite and Kihon training on the beach and of course the inevitable night session and dip in the sea. as part of the camp we held our September Grading it was very successful with all four students attempting their grades passed. Alison Shubrook and Ben Edwards were promoted to 1st Kyu Brown Belt after a four and half hour grading which culminated in 15 man kumite. Emma El-Alami attained her 8th Kyu Blue belt which finishing off with a 5 man Kumite and last but not least Jamie Shubrook gained his 10th Kyu Red Belt a really big well done to all four of you.
